You can eliminate busy tone frustration. FAX-On-Demand stores FAX documents on the hard drive and forwards them to callers when requested by the caller. You can send a FAX from an application open on your desktop instead of having to run down the hall and then find the FAX machine in use. Future delivery mailboxes let you record a message for future delivery to remind attendees of a scheduled meeting.

Automated Attendant can even handle incoming calls and route them to a FAX machine. This saves the unnecessary cost of a special private line for the FAX machine.
